Hopefully some of you will never have known that there might be a small problem with our eyelashes. Not everyone has had a problem with an eyelash coming off, but they do from time to time in fact come off. When that happens we have a section on the website that tells how to fix fingernails and eyelashes.

That is old news. The GOOD NEWS is that JET has found a way to never have to deal with that problem again. She has found a way to use one of the machines we have to finely sew the eyelashes on the puppet (before the puppet ever has eyes).
This method is so good that you cannot even tell that the eyelash is sewn on.
Unfortunately for all of the existing puppets, they cannot be retro fitted with the new technique. It is a process that must be completed before the head is put together.
However, the good news is that for all new puppets, that is not something that you will ever have to worry about.
Fingernails may still be an issue from time to time but the eyes are all better now.
