Well after 12 months of waiting, it is upon us. We will be leaving on Monday for the 2012 Vent Haven ConVENTion. JET has managed despite a very hectic schedule to get to her goal of 22 new puppets for the big show. Creatures, animals, kids, Diva’s, Old Ladies, Old Men and lots of other good stuff.
Not much else going on this week, but by this time next week we should be running over with newsie tidbits. For those that are going, we will see you there, and for the rest of you, we wish you could also be there. This will be a first in the new location for the ConVENTion, so we are looking ahead to beginning to make a whole new set of memories at the Marriot. We look back fondly to years of memories at The Drawbridge, but it was past time for a change so we are looking forward to new beginnings.
For those of you who are not going this year, start planning now to make it next year. We would not miss this for anything.
