Needs to Be Addressed

This is a very short topic this week, but one that needs to be addressed.

Recently we have been contacted by folks who had an interesting question to ask.

In general, they were wondering if the “tip” of the week was directed at their act specifically. One was asking if we had seen their act and thought that they were not keeping good visuals between their puppet and the audience.

So. . . just to make things crystal clear. . . If we see your act and find something to suggest to you, we would directly contact you with our observation. We will NEVER pick on one person with an entire group suggestion. That would be like a teacher scolding one child in front of the entire class.

We are about what is good for the art form, not in tearing down any particular artist. We want all of you to be at your best every time that you walk out on a stage and we don’t believe that to single someone out with a criticism is a proper way to help your growth.

When we make general suggestions, they are only to help everyone improve their performances. Please don’t anyone think that we are picking on just them. Not our style.

That’s all for now folks,

Steve and JET
