Something that everybody needs to be using is the “Free” aspect of your local media. You should always be on the lookout for ways to get free publicity for your act.
Our friend Bob Rumba is a master of using free publicity. He is also a master of weird but funny facial expressions. Combine the two and you can get a lot of mileage out of free publicity.
I’m not exactly sure what the event was that was being publicized, but it almost does not make any difference. When you can get your face with a puppet on the front page of your local paper, and in the same edition get your photo with puppet on the front page of the entertainment section of the paper, you have just hit a grand slam home run.

Ok, we know that only a mother could love this face, but it sure is great for getting attention and a laugh. Thats all Bob wanted to get and the price was right.
