Something New
Kind of a change up for a topic this week. For the last 13 years we have functioned with our website pretty much as it has been since it was first written. While it was good in the beginning, all technology gets old and falls behind the times.
For the last couple of years, we have found it to be more and more difficult to function with the website and continue to make it do the things we want it to do. The sad news is that we have decided to shut down our old website within the next few weeks.
The really good news is that our Webmaster, Steve Hurst has already begun writing and creating a whole new website that is more user friendly but specifically is more compatible with people using their cell phones to access the web. Current numbers indicate that over 70% of people are now using their phones to browse the Internet.
Most of you may not care about the specifics of the type of usage that people are doing, but for those of you that do use your phones for web access, you will find that your experience will become much more pleasant.
Bear with us for the next few weeks while we make this transition to the new website.
