This is an old topic that needs reviewing. As we watch videos of young ventriloquists we find an alarming number of Vents who just let there puppet stare off into “Neverland”.

This is the easiest fix of any that we deal with, but it must be done to give you the look of a practiced performer.

Look at your puppets face as you hold him/her on your hand. Watch where the puppets nose is pointing. Wherever the puppets nose is pointing is where its eyes are looking. It is that simple. If you are talking to or about a particular person in your audience, make sure the puppets nose is pointing at that person.

Simple.
