Just want to remind you that this is a good time for the annual maintenance on your puppet(s).
Take each one of the little fellas out and look them over. If you have an accumulation of fuzzballs on the fabric, take a razor and gently shave the fuzzballs off of them.
Look over all the parts of the puppet where your hand touches and look for “soiled” places on the fabric. Get a clean rag and moisten with warm water. Put 2 or 3 drops of dish detergent on the rag and very gently scrub the soiled area on the fabric.
When you are content that you have cleaned the surface, do a rinse version of what you just did. When the puppet is completely dried, then take blue painters masking tape and completely cover the puppets eyes.
Then get your aerosol can of Scotchgard and lightly spray the surface of the puppet. Allow to dry completely. This will keep the puppet from absorbing stains and dirt for quite a while.
