We are forever getting questions from folks wanting to know how to go about getting the puppet they want.
It is really very simple. First, look at the site. If you see what you want and it is not labeled “SOLD”, Email us immediately and tell us which puppet you want and we will work out the payment details and get your puppet shipped out to you.
If you look at the site and don’t see what you want, send us an email and describe what you want. As soon as possible JET will try to build something like you asked for. Once built, we will send you pictures of the puppet.
If you love it, let us know and we can get it for you. If not, no problem and no hard feelings. We will list the puppet on the site and sell it that way.
Since we no longer take custom orders, this is the way that works best for all concerned.
