Every now and then we get to deal with someone who can only be described as the _ _ _ _ _ from (a very warm place).<\/p>\n
We truly do want all our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase, however from time to time we deal with someone who is apparently not “balanced” in the head. This woman has proceeded to threaten us and we are now getting emails from some of her friends in the “asylum” where they live. At two in the morning I received an email from a long haired freak friend of hers telling me that I “was in trouble” and that we were soon to start getting (implied) many many emails from all of “E.S.’s” close friends.<\/p>\n
Without getting more detail descriptive (unless forced to do so), I want to publish our policy on refunds as posted on the website.<\/p>\n
Policy on Refunds<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since we do not take orders any longer, all puppets purchased are puppets that you will have had the chance to completely examine from the photographs provided to you. Study each photo carefully. If need be we can take another photo for you at your request.<\/em><\/p>\n Once you commit to the purchase of a puppet, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not unreasonable however. If you receive the puppet and there is a quality issue on a feature that we missed, we only want to deliver top notch quality. We will determine if the problem is one that can be repaired, or fixed to correct the problem. We promise to be fair but our decision is final<\/strong>.
