What we are talking about is this.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>They go along in something they are saying and then they seem to pause and say. . . . . . um. . .um. . .um. . . or ah. . . ah. . .ah . . . What this tells the audience is that they don&#8217;t really have a good grasp on what they are trying to say.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of really knowing what they want to say, they just get to a point and then they just stumble.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t do this. It sounds unorganized and unprofessional.
